The MOOC says “Thank You”
Here at P2PU, we’re not all that used to getting donations. In fact, we had no idea how good it feels when people give you money out of the kindness of their hearts.
But in the last week we’ve received donations totalling over $150 from users of the Mechanical MOOC and we’ve never felt so loved.
We’ve got some interesting MOOCy plans in the pipeline, and the money will be going towards making those a reality. And while it doesn’t look like this will be a real sustainability strategy for the MOOC project (at least right now?) it feels extremely rewarding to see that people appreciate the experience enough to spend money.
Thank you all for making it happen!!!
